What if I do not like the final look of the jewellery?
- We would be able to modify the tiny details until you are satisfied. Please beware that once you agreed to the computerized design of the jewellery, it is irreversible to change the design.
What if I do not have a specific stone or materials in mind?
- Our jewellery expert would be able to consult you regarding this matter. The expert will try to gauge your interest and recommend a suitable selection of materials for you. The final decision is ultimately yours.
When do I get the price estimation?
- You get the price estimation of your jewellery after the 3D Model have been developed.
Can I order a custom-made for someone else other than me?
- Yes, that is possible. If you want to custom-made a ring for someone else, please let us know the ring size or bring them along to us for their measurement.
What if I want to repair jewellery that is not from A Vintage Collezione?
- We can repair the jewellery for a fee since the jewellery is not part of Vintage Care programme.
I have no clue which type of repair I need for my jewellery.
- You can bring your jewellery to us, and we will advise you on the type of repair that will restore the jewellery to its finest state.
Can I request for basic home cleaning items from A Vintage Collezione?
- We provide complementary jewellery cleaning items when you bought a product from A Vintage Collezione. If you require just the kit, we sell them for a small fee.
